The
nation cry
The
tears fall like water
Dripping
down her face
She
sees the wrong
Everything
on a race
It
doesn't help the nation to grow
The
onslaught of division and fear
The
rule of law in the drawer
The
big elephant in the room
No
agency dares to haul it up
The
eyes seem poking in the sky
The
minds bury in the sand
In
the silence the nation will cry
The
tears will fall like rain
Watching
the crooks plunder her dry
Leaving
her starving in the winter
The
heater breaks down
The
wires eat up by the rats
While
the cats are sleeping
In
the cold night
The
nation cry
The
tears fall like water
Watching
the crooks plunder her dry
Leaving
her starving in the winter
But
there is hope yet
When
a new dawn will take shape
A
history will be made
A
glorious day to write!
