We are the pawns in the political games

We aren't in the loop of their play

Once we have played our duty

We are left to feed on our own

The politicians will plan their needs

The power they can't forget

Once we elected the wrong party

The bad politicians will sing their tunes

We can't ignore for we are the pawns

By the time we get our pain

We will start to complain

We can even shout with tears of rain

The bad politicians will show their reign

Now we have known the score

We mustn't fall for it anymore

Only those who are afraid to change

They will feel scared to walk alone
