We managed to get a change
We managed to live in for a while
The new way of running the nation
The hope was riding high
But the Old Man wasn't in
He kept his plan to bring it down
When it happened he blamed others
He didn't say it was his handiworks
Because he resigned abruptly
He didn't consult his partners
He gave up to bring his own government down
Leaving a vacuum for the back door to creep in
The Old Man thought he could be
But he himself was cheated by his trusted leaders
These leaders later kicked him out of the party he founded
Leaving him a bitter taste in his mouth
Now we are back in the drawing board
We will win again for the sake of the nation
We can't allow the bad leaders to run the country
They will ruin the wealth and prosperity
We may face the economic colonialism
Especially from the superpower China
She bites into our skins we can't fight back
So we mustn't let it happen to our nation
We did get a change
We will get back our mandate again
