Tunku's birthday today
The Bapa Malaysia gone in 1990
If he is alive he would be 118 years old
Malaysia is for all races and religions
This is his call
Those years when he was the 1st prime minister
He wanted a nation of a united people
Together the nation will progress
But his dream hasn't been realized
Today we have seen the cracks
The Malay first prime minister and government
All came through the back door
The values of old Amno had gone
Today we see Amno baru in a different shape
It may not survive in the next GE
The way its leaders facing trial on corruption
In the late 80s
I didn't charge Tunku and his entourage
When they stopped over for lunch
I got his autograph but I forgot about his picture
This was something I could do
A small part to see Bapa Malaysia
That was the last time
He passed away in 1990
Malaysia has to move forward
Let Tunku's dream come alive
Live together as Malaysians
With different religions, cultures and norms
We still can have our race
But it shouldn't be the first to call
Not like the malay first government
We are Malaysians we should be proud of it
