The day of our lives
Live it to the full
Omicron sailing in
The wind brings the bad news
The major newspapers and major social medias
And the governments will cook up the fear
It is infectious but it doesn't cause alarm
Like the previous C19 variants hitting the world
The booster shots may not have the desired effect
As Omicron can steal through the back door
Don't run into panic
As some countries are showing signs
Lockdowns and closed borders
No doubt Omicron is infectious virus
It may be the end of the virus
Giving us the last of its venom
Causing the world to jump up to notice
But don't run into panic
The angels watching
Omicron will be marching
We have to learn to stay
Within the rules to play safe
