The worst flood in history for us
As we watched the rising tide
Reaching up to the roof top of houses
Some sat up there waiting to be rescued
The flood took away cars, lorries, vans
Rolling along through the flooding cry
As video recording took it for remembrance
Sadly 3 men died in drowning
Taman Sri Muda has history of flooding
Those were the years gone into memories
It wasn't as severe as a few days ago
Causing history for the nation
Though flood mitigation projects rolled in
The elevation to control the water rising
But as poor checking has shown to us
The clogged drains of rubbish and plastics causing it
The flooding spread to Kesas Highway
Even Klang too got the bad stick too
I remembered about flood during my time
I stood on a high level wooden bench
Watching the water rising so quickly
The village was flooded with water
Causing by rain and poor drainage
I remembered it was like 4 feet of water
The last few days ago
It was the worst flood in our history
Will the government learn by it all?
Will tomorrow the leaders forget?
