Jogging one of the ways
To maintain a body and health
As we age we mustn't try jogging
Because it may cause damage to our bones
The warming up exercises are needed
It is to help release the tightness in the body
Do not wear jogging shoes and start to jog
It may cause strain to the body systems
Walking is considered the best form to do
We can walk at our own paces fast or slow
We can do it anywhere even at homes or malls
Most parts of our bodies will be involved
The other exercise to do every day
It can be done at home or in recreation areas
It is squatting building up good health and strength
We need to be strong on the lower part of our body
Exercise is good for the body and health
Besides eat proper food and fruits
Drink a lot of water to wash out toxins
Breathing in breathing out and relax in good spirit
