The drug lords
They always seem to escape
No matter what happen to the mules
They escape the severe death law
The police seem to catch
The rats running with their cheese
Here and South of the border
The cats always hang up the rats
Teaching the lesson to the public
Doing drugs aren't the way to living
Yet the law isn't effective to deter drugs smuggling
There are eager runners to pawn their lives
The law should change
It isn't effective to deter drugs smuggling
Since the drug lords aren't identified or known
They can be anybody in higher up positions
Taking lives shouldn't be by law
The authorities have no power to give life
Return it to God to decide; don't stain hands with blood
Put the mules in life imprisonment instead
Maybe the drug mules can apply
Serving a number of years to be released
They may have learned their bitter lessons
A short term gain; a life time of pain
The drug lords are the worst
Yet the police seem in the dark?
We don't hear any one is caught
Because they have connections
