When we age
Our sleeping needs will take a beat
Maybe because of health issues
Maybe of society problems
Every doctor will say
Every one needs 8 hours of sleep
Because our bodies need to repair
Make us feel good in the morning
But many will not get it
There are the every day problems
Finance, career, society, family, friends
Every one will come into the circle
When we age
Our sleeping needs will take a dive
