The Apex court overturns the previous case in 1992
Since the Anti-hopping law has been passed in Parliament
We will see no frogs jumping again in future?
Now the other states too must follow
Pass their own state law on Anti-hopping
This will put a brake on the frog culture
The voters will finally realize their votes of value
