Puff your life away
Hold it on your fingers
The smoke get into your lungs
You think it is great
The pictures on the small box
You see it all the time
Yet it never occurs to you
Stop it before it is too late
Self gratifications bring no cheers
You smoke it killing your life slowly away
Along with it causing passive detours
To the innocents surrounding in your influence
A part time durian seller
Those years he smoked his life away
Sitting under the shady big tree
Durians on the ground he smoked freely
Now he is stricken by the killer disease
Swallowing slowly his body muscles away
Leaving him walking unsteady and weak
Of life he knows it isn't going to help
In the mirror he will remember
When he was young he thought he was great
Puffing his life feeling like a man
Now what will happen to him?
The destination arrives
The daily scenes floating in his mind
Now he realizes the truth
The age of innocence is no more
