The
villagers live
In
the crowded homes
Farming
on their land
They
called it their own
The
working from dawn to sunset
Back
breaking work early in the morning
The
sweat of energy on their backs
On
the farming land they called
They
don't see beyond
They
are contented with their lot
With
subsidies and cash rewards
They
don't want to complain
Some
eating salted fish and plain rice
Living
hard yearning for the good life
Looking
out of their windows
They
can't go nowhere else
They
are addicted to their lives
They
aren't dare to venture beyond
Learn
a new skill; learn how to change
They
better learn to open eyes and minds
They
can earn better
With
the output they put in
From
dawn to sunset
But
they get crumbs
While
others get the riches
They
stay quiet and don't complain
They
better learn to open eyes and minds
There
are riches they can get and made
