A
New Year's Resolution
The
pages will be written
Many
will put in mind
The
year's solutions
There
it will stay
In
the drawer or on the shelf
For
a while some active pursuing
Then
slow turning pages
In
time work commitments
Rushing
to climb up the ladder
Work
related issues clog the mind
Social
matters struggling to interact
By
the time the day is over
Majority
will feel tired to pursue personal goals
It
is left behind to stay as a decorative item
Feeling
good to put it on paper
I
used to make my resolutions
Until
I gave it up for good
The
one I made years ago
Still
whisper in my brief case
Now
I let my mind roam
Let
the day and time tell me so
I
am not in a rush anymore
I
just enjoy my time
