The
raping of women
One
of Modi's minister says
“Sometimes
it is okay!”
And
the Indian pathetic police officers
The
women aren't safe walking free
The
recent hanging of two teenaged girls
They
were raped and hung on the mango tree
The
lifeless bodies swaying with the wind
What
did the police do there?
They
didn't take the positive measures
Though
later they were suspended
We
hear rape cases in every country
The
sexual crimes against women
Don't
the men realise it by now?
Women
will give life to the generations
Women
aren't the slaves or chattels
They
are the ones holding the house in balance
It
is a sad story in our lives
Living
in the world of crimes and hate
Of
religious intolerances and zealots
Stamping
their marks as if it is their rights
In
this world of many colours and cultures
We
should be sharing our good neighbourly spirit
Life
is short for all of us in this world
Why
want to create more sins inspite of it all?
We
think we have our own half past six ministers
Over
in India we read there are many sounded familiar
Even
the police officers too think like ours here
Maybe
the same mould inherited from our colonial master
The
yolk hasn't left us completely after independence
