beats will go on
The
hot season in the South
The
warlord thumping his chest
The
wrong side of a bill
It
never runs right with the Constitution
A
ruler should stay neutral
No
business getting involved in state matters
The
Constitution stays supreme
All
state governments should know
Any
law passes against the Constitution
It
will be declared null and void
This
is the foundation all leaders should respect
No
leader can ignore and try to walk around it
