Who is to blame?
The tragedy on motorcycle and bicycle rempits?
The society as a whole including the police?
On just the parents who close one eye?
The menace the motorists will face
Driving in the wee hours of the nights
They will come across the menace
Weaving in and out of the lanes
Who is to blame?
The police who close one eye?
It is against the traffic law and Penal Code
Yet actions aren't continously
The police should catch the parents
Under the Child Protection Act 2001
On the bicycle rempits on the roads
There mustn't be selective prosecution
The motorist rempits will face the law
Throw them in lock up and tell them the consequences
If ever they repeat again on the roads
They will be severely dealt with their careless attitude
Who is to blame?
The onus on the parents to teach their children
If they have no time to do parenting
Better don't have too many children
