On party orders and government
The party affairs shouldn't dominate the PM
As head of the government
He has to power to order
But the party leaders have none
They have to follow the law
Does he realize it?
He seems he puts party above his post
As a result his party can dominate the government
Something is at odd with his thinking

Likely a puppet on the strings
Pull by his master
