All drivers should observe the traffic rules

The traffic police will not tolerate breaking it

The motorbike and bicycle rempits

They mustn't use it to play stunts

They pose danger to themselves

The pose danger to other motorists

When a judge wants to mete out punishment

He should consider the facts and conduct of those involved

He shouldn't simply blame one party and ignore the rest

This will become an unfair judgement

There is a law to punish parents

Of their children breaking the law

In the wee hours of the morning

Playing stunts on the highway

Even the state authority should be answerable

The poor lighting on the highway or darkness in certain areas

The teenagers crazy stunts with modified bicycles or bikes on the road

Who is the cause for the accidents or lost of lives?

A judge should view it in fairness

He shouldn't simply put the blame on the driver alone

It means he doesn't use his mind to focus on it

Reckless driving must be proved by the police

This is the reason jury system must make a return

It needs a come back to get it a fair result

It can't rest only on a sole judge to mete out judgement
