mistresses rule

The Appeal Court gave its landmark decision for a mistress (Heng) against Singaporean tycoon (Goh) in respect of a single semi-D house in Johore. In this decision, now mistresses have rights over their lovers. So in my view the legal wife(wives) going to lose a substantial part of the husband(s) assets be it properties or cash or jewelry or shares and bonds. Though laws must move with current needs but for a mistress to have rights over her lover.....in my view it is encouraging people to live together without afraid to lose out in properties or whatever assest accumulated with them and their legal spouses. In this case the house is under Heng's name but the grant is kept by Goh though Heng is paying for utility bills and local taxes on the house. Goh lost the case because Heng is registered as the rightful owner of the house though she didnt pay for the house. Heng won because she is the rightful owner of the house on the legal document printed her name on it though she might be holding in trust for Goh.......
