there must be freedom in words and action

Pas says leaving Islam is a criminal offence......I dont know where was I. When I checked all the states had passed their own enactments to say that any Muslim who leaves his/her faith has committed an offence. These people will be sent to a rehabilitation centre(s) to be 'brainwashed' not to leave Islam according to the laws passed into syariah laws. According to the Holy Quran religion is not a compulsion............why people like the ulamas or scholars think otherwise? Every one is answerable to the Creator and to me nobody is an 'expert' in God's words and deeds. I read many texts and interpretations by the so called 'expert' but do they really know what they are talking about? Even the prophets of ancient times couldnt get the people to understand. Because God never wants His children to find the easy way to heavens. So now I think we have our so called experts to do their bidding....It reminds me of the Christian Crusades; in the end see what happened? Forcing one to a religion will not make the religion great or make the religion marketable. It will do the opposites. People will feel oppress and they will fight back. History has shown that no government should pass laws to make a religion actionable in law. The laws cant take away the minds of the people. It is the quality God wants in His children and not quantity at all.
