start from the top dont waste time talking

Selangor MB says that there are officers in the land office who apply land for their families or relatives. He says he received complaints that people who apply for the land will not get it after a couple of months because the officers keep the file then they apply it themselves through their family members; and the land applied before by others will be awarded to their own family members. If that is the case, he should take appropriate action and sack the officers. It is rather he has a new team in the land office than have the old hands who make it for themselves. It is not the question of no officer in the land office, it is the question of honesty and transparency. So if MB Selangor doesnt take action, it spells what leadership is he encouraging? Action must be taken even for any complaint back up with facts.............corruption must start from the top otherwise I see it is just a mere slogan in the political leaders speeches...Corruption must end through penalties impose on them. Religion and upbringing dont play into the lives of the people in terms of getting wealth.....
