2007 Malaysia Customer Satisfaction Index Study

JD Power

Proton and Naza need improvements. Proton still trails behind in its services to the car owners. Though it has launched its I-care- services troop, I hope by then it can solve its services problems. Many people still condemn potong inept services. Even its negotiation with VW seems stall for now? I heard VW is going to assemble its plant in Indonesia. Malaysia should forget about VW. Even the CEO didnt come to visit the PM. That tells how arrogant VW thinks it is. The government should put in place a person who loves the country and cars. For a start, change the entire BOD. The current CEO must see out his contract. If he can turn around Proton, then he can be retained in his position. Every GLC must know its faith and destiny. The appointed CEOs for these GLCs must show result otherwise they have to go. In this country it is always people affiliated to the ruling UMNO which is how the company going to the down slide. Naza knows how to market its products though I understand its products still need improvement. Basically I think it is the materials use in its cars which bring in the complaints. I think Naza has the capabilities to penetrate the car market with its depth in its marketing skills. Sad that Naza overlooked its services and materials used in its cars. I think the important cars have no such problems. Perhaps it could be its services provided.
