The poor in the country
They shouldn't wait
They have to forge ahead
A small step still makes the grade
Hiding in sorrow and pain
Let depression sink its teeth
It will not make a difference
Rich or poor suffer the same fate
Don't let the brand poor
Tag it for life in the mind
They should walk the extra distance
They should make the climb
The poor must take action
Crying in sorrow will not help
If they don't take action now
They will get nothing in life
