It could be the
final curtain
When the names are
called in courts
There will be no
reason to plead innocence
They have to answer
the charges
When they are on
bail by the courts
They should have
prayed and atoned for their sins
But they don’t do
it they say they don’t do no wrong
Even with cash
traced to their private accounts
The line of crimes
in their names
Everyone will
recognize them on the streets
They were once at
the centre of the stage
Behind the streets
they did the wrong
There were once the
Pied Pipers
They blew their
melodies attracted large crowd
Behind the curtains
they did the wrong
The blues gang
rounded them up for good
Now they will face
a different kind of music
The words of law
will let them dance in tune
They can’t say they
don’t understand the wrong
The melodies will
ring out to their ears
