A leader has to walk the ground
He has to feel the pulse of his members
The way he plans and thinks should be understood
He doesn't need too many runners to do his bidding
In every state there is a chief
These chieftains can harness the flow
Let the members feel it and so it will grow
Beating the other parties in any competitions
Unless a leader is weak
He can't ponder beyond his needs
He keeps harping on the same issues
He will not bring good harvests to the storage
A good leader must know how to manage
Delegate the tasks and wishes will be met
A good leader will be known with his skills of delegation
Carrying the workloads spread out to the core chieftains
A good leader shouldn't have too many cooks
Running around in his circle of influence
It will bring flow of negativity
As somebody may play the little devil
