we can't ignore old age

 

When old age takes hold

There is no excuse to stay low

Giving up the life sweetness

It's still a life to pursue

When we were working

We should have our saving

Our nest of eggs to survive

For the years of retirement

Most of us will have EPF and life insurance

Giving us a life line to live through our lives

Though we mustn't allow the time to slip away

There are ways to earn passive income

But the pandemic of Covid 19

It makes us stare in despair

As our savings are used up

Even EPF funds are withdrawn

Yet we can't ignore old age

We still have to ponder over it

There is no excuse in life to delay

Once old age knocks us down

We still must have funds to survive

The years ahead to stay alive

According to EPF many can't hack it

Because of low funds in the accounts
