The union leaders will behave
Demanding more out of the employers
Resulting in bad mood over the negotiations
They have forgotten their obligations
They are the employees giving a role to play
Sitting on the same table talking to win by skills
Compromises should be the game in negotiations
The aggressive union leaders
They will cause issues with their employers
They don't have the advantage of a paymaster
They should negotiate on both sides to feel good
