Causing a smoking effect
Tainting the air of impurity
The wind whirring it away
The culprits homes
The wind doesn't blow in
The homes will escape it
Only to the neighbours
The authority will not fine
The officers will stay in office
They will have no time to investigate
In small towns no DOE officials
The burning rubbish
Smell of ashes; smell of plastics
It is causing a health hazard
