Through the windows
The dim light glowing
Drawing out dreams
You think you need
The dark backdrop
Of the faint light glow
It captures your eyes
Slowly you climb
Out of the window
Feeling the cool fresh air
As you think you need it
Running on the soft grass
You look up the sky
White patches brightness like
You try to feel it
It seems real in your touch
When you look down
You feel you are traipsing soft ground
Every step you take along
The distance becomes watery flow
Yet you struggle on
For decades you see it often
Promising of products and services
When it is said and won, nothing happens
It is till the old stories
Hitching up for rides
The villagers of old and young
Staring out through the windows
The ground of sea waving sins
How long will these people wake?
Changes are coming like it or not
The darkness run; it's time for the light
