The exercise

It's good for health

Sound body sound mind

Yet don't go over board


The body needs rest too

Too much exercise isn't good

There will be no improvement

Because tiring body tiring mind


Jogging a doctor in US has cautioned us

It make our aging faster on our faces

The splastic surgeon advices the general public

Don't go jogging unnecessary


Walking is still the best form of exercise

It will not strain our muscles in every way

It relaxes the mind we can see things around

Exercise just don't go overboard
