What the Constitution says
It has been laid down for all to read
But not every one can understand it
Because it is written in lawyer's mode
Article 40 will say
The King has to follow advice
Even though HRH may not agree
The request from the prime minister
The King can push it to Parliament
Let the members in the August debate on it
Only then HRH can put his signature
The document will then become the law
If the King wishes
He can ask the prime minister's majority stake
If the prime minister can't show he has the majority
The King will not heed his advice
Because the King can remove him
Under the case law in Perak of 2009
The Federal Court affirmed the decision to the late Sultan
The King should be cautious of any request from the Cabinet
Under Article 55 the King will call Parliament into session
Every 6 month from the last Parliament meeting
The King has to check otherwise Parliament can be dissolved
For failure to open Parliament right on schedule
Besides all politicians should show respect to the King
When the King issues an advice it mustn't be ignored
Just because of Article 40 a prime minister can ignore
In the case law the King still has his last card to show
