The hills in the nation
To escape the heat of the sun
When the days are terribly hot
We have the hills to hide
The umbrellas of coolness
Living on top of the hills
Even for the tourists
A place to walk with nature
The years down the road
The developments came to the hills
Housing, hotels, chalets and farming
Give the hills the high temperatures and erosions
Yet the state governments don't learn
The eyes see the growth and wealth
Destroying the natural landscape on the hills
A short term gain; a long term ruin
I lived in a hill before
The low traffic the cool air
The natural clean atmosphere
The walk with nature
All have changed
When developments came
The natural way of the hills
It sucks into concrete buildings
Nature has taken her actions
We see floods, forest fires and erosions
The trade marks of our greed of wealth
The effects we have to live and suffer for it
