Nobody can run away from the curse
Of an infectious virus doesn't want to stay dead
It keeps chasing hosts to satisfy its needs
This virus keeps mutating to stay alive
It doesn't want to surrender; it doesn't want to disappear
It will keep coming at us making us sick and in despair
Rocking Rona just wants to rock in a different tune
Though we try to stay positive in outlook
Behind the facade of our faces is the fear
It will start to ring in our ears
When the statistics keep rising its bar
The economy should put in the background
Too many clusters now to cause dismay in our minds
We can't have both to fight our way
We have to decide to live or die
Rocking Rona is our enemy
Spreading its infection with easy flow
As the economic activities keep moving
Too many hosts for the infection
Tackle Rocking Rona with serious lock-downs
Let the virus stay dead or disappear
The economy will strive eventually
When the green light shows the way
