GE15 in court
The court has to decide on the issue
Whether it is legally binding to dissolve Parliament?
When the prime minister didn't get his mandate to do so
The turtle man had no mandate
The Cabinet decided against the dissolution of Parliament
Even 12 ministers wrote to His Majesty about it
Yet the turtle man went ahead to advice the King
In the Constitution there is no mention of prime minister
It is by convention he will be the one advicing the King
Provided he has obtained his leave from the Cabinet
Giving him the green light to dissolve Parliament
The court case will decide the issue
Will GE15 be carried on?
Basing on the Constitution and Cabinet decision
The turtle man had no authority to request for it
