Anything to do with UMNO
The police won’t make the walk
The IGP will sit on it
Talking in his hand-phone
He makes his business
To sleep on it until nobody remembers
So this is how it is working

When UMNO or its affiliates lodges police report
The top brass quickly swings into action
Calling the person to go to police station
Without clear cut investigation

What is the truth?
When it is at what point you looked
It is hard to say the least
But it is UMNO so it never wrong!

This is the thing

CRYING IN THE MARCH

Crying in the march
The marginalized people want justice be done
Walking on the streets
Carrying their goals spreading it wide

The slow walk blocked by their own cry
They get duped knowing not why
Hidden agendas not explained at all
It is money in the dark tunnel

Walk they must; sweat of faint rain
Eyes glow with the objective
The long neglect they want to share
On the march they wish they get it right

The march of crying
The leaders keep talking
The government says it will listen
To find ways to help in their sorrows

It is over 50 years
The cake is not distributed wisely
Yet the sleeping beauty says the government did
He doesn’t open his eyes
There is something wrong in his administration

When the downtrodden and marginalized people flow

MALAYSIA IS SO COLORFUL

Nazri says that the Hindraf group is linked to Tamil Tigers and RSS of India. Why doesnt Musa issue from his office as the Inspector of the Police? I just hope it doesnt just say on words and leave it as that. The BN government is trying to pin it on the Hindraf leaders. Now the Hindraf leaders must issue statement to say it "like a man when he is challenged" This is a serious charge upon the leaders. This is also another way to divert the people's attention on what Hindraf leaders are doing for now. Marginalized groups do exist in the country. Nobody can doubt it. It is some leaders trying to help these groups put in their own agendas to say certain things happened. But on examination by the authority there is nothing to say certain events occur. It is words and contents that wrongly put that resulted into a different picture. Now the Hindraf leaders are put into defense mode. They owe the public the reasons so they must explain it carefully. On another matter, internet news commented that the Malays are going to do a street demonstration on 19/12/07 starting at Kampong Baru in KL. Of course it is not published or highlighted in the main newspapers and no statement too from the police or IGP. Malaysia is very colorful................the melting pot of races and events, religious challenges, demonstrations, lopsided policies, "i dont know" thing, leaders sleeping on jobs, elected reps have no say at all in Parliament on people's problems; everyone must follow the party whip otherwise punishement will be meted out on the wayward MPs, taking a long time to rectify wrong when it is told(like Alor Star in Kedah about land assessment tax starting in 2005 yet after nearly over 2 years the MB says he needs time to study it. Can you believe that?), lack of accountability, transparency and low urgency to wipe out corruption where it has risen not tackled it seriously..............and so many others happening in the country. When I think about it, it is more or less happening in many countries. It is the degree of how much one could take it and let it be : play some, win some and lose some and crying out loud when it is happening to you or me or them....................that's Malaysia..............she is so colorful

WHAT IS PLAN?

The year 2007 is coming to an end
It is counting down 23 days to the road

It is best to make achievable targets

Don’t get fooled into believing everything can be had
Learn to space out through your life span

HINDRAF LINKED TO TERRORIST GROUP(S)?

The IGP said that the HINDRAF is trying to garner support from the terrorist groups to fund for its cause in the country. He should make his claim click by telling the people which group of terrorist he is talking about. It will become mischievous and outright lie if he can't submit his intention on the HINDRAF. I am no supporter of HINDRAF but I will lend support on the marginalised Indians in the country. This is something the BN government should do. It is already 50 years of independence and the multi-racial benefits are still left to be shared properly amongst the races in the country. First the AG lead the prosecution team on the charges against the 31 HINDRAF supporters among others one of intention to commit murder. Now the second the IGP raised the bar that the HINDRAF wants to link to terrorist group(s) to fight for their causes in the country. The AG and IGP should sit down and find ways why these Indians in the country marched on 25/11/07? Charging them just to say that they disobey the laws is a lame excuse. The decades of grouses must be nipped in the bud before the opportunistic groups take hold of these marginalised Indians in the country. In a way MIC under Samy Vellu has failed to help the Indians. Samy Vellu should resign now. He can't claim he has helped the Indians. On 25/11/07 proved that the MIC or IPF or PPP hasnt done enough to alleviate the problems facing the Indians in the nation. The other racial component parties in BN must take cognizance of the one sided benefits dishing out to a race. It is the time the presidents of these parties should make a stand that the country's wealth must be shared with all races in the country. If these presidents can't fight for it, they better quit BN partnership. They have to bite the bullet to stake a claim for the other Malaysians to gain dignity support in the country's wealth and benefits. The marginalized groups are not linked to the Indians only; it is also happening to the Malays, Chinese and other races in the country. Take a look around in the kampongs and villages or the hinterland in Sabah and Sarawak, one will see the difference. If the Abdullah says he is the pm for all races in the country, he should make time to listen to the HINDRAF leaders. He should make it upon himself to meet them. In doing so I believe he will score point on his leadership although I always say he doesnt know what he says. Just like a parrot keep saying the same words all over again and again. His son in law says on the veto decision. In other words Abdullah can't make his own decision. These people are Malaysians so go and meet them. What's wrong with that? Pride and ego is it? When I was the GM of a company I practised the open door policy. Any one of the organization can drop by to talk to me be it low ranking staff, dept managers or customers. My staff knew too that I would go to them on my rounds. I walk the talk. You can see how the reaction of these people. In my years in the company then I didnt find headache problems to solve. The staff did for me. So I could enjoy my working walking around. Likewise the pm should do it. He has to plan what he needs to do; dont let outsiders plan for him. If he allows it, he finds himself touching the empty goal post. He is shooting blanks. He has to change his habits. He has to bite the bullet to change his mindset. The people surrounding him must do his plans; not the other way round they tell him what to do. This is what I felt he is doing. Now to score point in his political score card, he should meet the HINDRAf leaders. Listen to them and tell them what he thinks and what laws he will use if these leaders misbehave or IGP says link to terrorist group(s). It is better to give some then lose everything in the end.

WHY EXTEND MANDATORY RETIREMENT?

Why the need to extend a person age of tenure? When the mandatory age arrives to retire, one has to go. Give the mandate to someone's else waiting in the wings. The EC chairman has to retire in a couple of months yet the government under BN wants to extend his tenure in the subtle move to keep BN in power I suppose. This rattles the political conscious urbanites. These people see it as the way to keep BN in power by manipulating the voting system. The EC chairman must be neutral but he is not. This tells me that democracy here isnt according to the democratic principles. It fits into the mould of the ruling elite yet the taxpayers like me get short changed. The BN leaders under AAB believe that the Agong may not approve the EC chairman tenure for another year. So now the BN Government leaders are tabling an amendment bypassing the Agong and get their candidate to stay on for another year. In this subtle move, the GE will be called after April perhaps otherwise it will be the first quarter of 2009. Now BERSIH is planning another demonstration in front of Parliament House on 11/12/07 against this back door amendment by the BN government. The BN government moves signal that there are no calibre candidates to run the EC. I feel the BN leaders think they can't get a candidate to toe their lines. The mighty Lord will keep notes of what transpires with the BN government. When the time comes, He will make His move to change the government. Right now dont get fooled by BN C4 boys. Just throw them out and the BN government. Get a new party to govern the country; time is the 12th General Election otherwise dont cry on your spill milk.

DONT COMMIT SUICIDE

A 55 years old Chinese man fell to his death from a high rise building. The fireman tried his best to talk him out of it but the Chinese guy jumped eventually. The firemen with safety net didnt catch him when he fell from the high rise building. The firemen knew about it and so what really happened why the firemen didnt catch him when he jumped from the high rise building? The safety net can be moved by the firemen. It is not screwed to the ground. It is hand carried. So I dont know how they could miss the man falling. Suicide doesnt end one's woes. If there is a judgement day, he/she has a lot to answer. Maybe they will die a second time missing the journey to paradise. We are here to learn as much as we can. The easy way or the hard way; either one shouldn't commit suicide. One will lose the legitimate right to inherit the paradise world. So think about it before one takes one's own life. It isnt worth it. One will suffer more than one bargains for it. Death doesnt solve one's problem. One makes one's own hell fire. So just remember not every one will strike rich on this earth and not every one will be poor forever on this earth. Some are born rich; some are born poor. Some are born to be great people; some are born to be the ills of society. Some are............ You know there is dark and light. You choose it or you loose it. You are born for a reason on this earth. It is to inherit the world of paradise.

TIME FOR A NEW PARTY NEW VISIONS

Abdullah says development are for all races. It is true for any party which rules the country. He should give statistics on breakdowns on race which benefits the most on the country's developements. If he says that developments are there for all to see, how much each gets a cut of the country's wealth and development? But there is 40% soaring complaints on lack of transparency, accountability and corruption permeating in the systems. The devilish NEP is for the Malays. No other races is entitled to it. But when Tun Razak visualised it, he meant for all Malaysians but the ruling UMNO used it for themselves and its race. NEP when it is implemented has a noble role to play but because of greed and power it has siphoned off to just one race. Kerisham wants to know who is behind the rallies and streets demonstrations. He doesnt want to hear the changes the people want for fair and just electorate system. The EC always allows the ruling BN government to draw benefits for the ruling parties by shifting voters. This is one of the methods used for the ruling BN to stay on in power. As I said before the ruling BN power base is in the rural areas. When the opposition parties can break the UMNO holds in the rural areas, the battle will be won. The urban areas are 50:50 either way. Those people in urban and city areas are well read and IT savvy to peruse news and judge for themselves what the country's needs and ways to look for change. The rural areas only recognize the amount of money runs into the small projects under JKKK and believing that the UMNO(government) has come to their aids. This simple kampong folks never know how much the leaders have pocketed for their cronies and friends in mega projects. Now the people hear the hints of the general election. See the projects handled by the BN government. My wish the leaders in BN should come clean in their thoughts and actions. They shouldnt take the people for a ride. For 50 years the pumping on the ground has cracked. The fissures have mushroomed into many parts of the country and in its administration and local/city councils. The people must go for change. Let other parties to run the country for a change. If you dont like it, change again. We mustn't be fooled by the BN party that stability in government will bring developments. Just take a look around in world government. USA keeps changing party to run the country. UK to follow the same. Australia just changed its party to run the government. So we must change. The BN party has ruled the country for 50 years starting from the Alliance now National Front. It is already too long for a party to stay on in power. Time people need a new party to manage the country.

HAWKER FOODS INCREASE PRICES

The hawkers had increased their selling prices of hawkers' food. In my area it has increased between 25-35% even there is no increase in flour, toll or petrol yet. But these hawkers had started to impose their own prices increase. I wonder what the minister will say..............A typical reply heard long ago "Dont patronize those hawkers................" The minister should send his officers to the ground to investigate. These officers are paid to do a job so they must perform their duties for the people. Learn from the Singapore government( I always wonder why the government never learn anything from our neighbour though officers are sent overseas to learn something or another yet when they come back nothing moving at all) No proper licence to increase prices of goods licences will be suspended. The hawkers concerned shall not be allowed to operate it for say 3 years. There must be brakes on these hawkers simply increase food prices. Every body talks of about cost increases yet the ministry officials are deliberately ignoring those signals that I am sure they encounter themselves when they go out to dine or friends or relatives inform them. Will there be action on these food hawkers?

The minority should have known this
But there are ways to go around

So will it end from there?
Now the police should pay a visit

THE BEST LOCAL FRUITS

Do you know that you won't get to sample the best of Malaysian fruits? I always hear about our local fruits exported to foreign countries for the exchange of higher profits but leave the people hardly any chance to taste the best in the country. Sometimes I hear about minister saying the best foods will be exported and the not so good ones let the locals buy it. Why can't the BN go ernment take a leaf from the Thai government? The best flagrance rice in Thailand isnt exported out to the neighbouring countries. The Thai government keeps it at home. If any foreigner wants to taste it, the foreigner should visit Thailand. Tourist industry blooms in Thailand. Likewise Thailand best durians aren't exported....I got the feedback from a Thai and I did visit Thailand before and I found the best durians there - big creamy and golden color. I dont find those here. What Thailand exports to the country is the 3rd grade durians. I also tasted the best durians of the country but it is always on short supplies. In Perak I dont get to taste the best durians locally. Most of the durian sellers send it to the Selangor saying it fetches a better price. So in case I go back to Klang Valley maybe I try to look for the best durians....Here I can't get to taste the best papaya but my relatives in Hong Kong had tasted it. And it is from Malaysia. How come I dont get to taste it here? For the tourist industry to grow like Thailand, the best should be kept at home. The tourists can visit the country then sample the local fruits. The BN leaders should map it out now. The BN government can't depend on Petronas to fund its development. In future it has to be the tourism industry. So the best should stay at home; let the tourists come here to taste it.

Abdullah Badawi, the Malaysian Prime Minister reacted angrily to purported claims by HINDRAF of ethnic cleansing occurring in Malaysia. Let's look at the situation from the minorities' lenses.We have been killed before – May 13 1969 killing of the minorities was initiated by UMNO leader Harun Idris as a response to street taunts from roaming groups of minorities who were celebrating their electoral victory. The taunts were aimed at the Malays. As a response to these uncalled for taunts, the Malays reacted violently, killing hundreds of minorities. The subsequent (and expected) violent response from the minorities resulted in some Malay deaths. Published articles and books support this statement.We were killed again – in March 2001, six Indians were killed by a Malay mob and 42 others injured as a response to a small misunderstanding. There have been no arrests, prosecution or formal reckoning of this event. Published news articles and analyses support this statement.We are promised mass death at every opportunity – every year the UMNO Youth Leader raises his dagger and kisses it to sow fear in the hearts of the minorities during UMNO annual assembly. This is cheered loudly by the participants of this annual hate festival with enquiries from the floor as to when the dagger will bathe minorities’ blood go unchecked. This is further reinforced by open threats issues by UMNO ministers via the print media promising the same, only sometimes in a more circumspect manner but carrying the same threat of a repeat of “May 13”. Published news articles support this statement.We are asked to leave Malaysia regularly – almost every other week one UMNO individual or another finds it necessary to call the minorities to “pack up and leave” Malaysia, despite these minorities being full-fledged Malaysian citizens. When some are allowed, these buildings are not allowed to carry obvious icons (e.g. a church cannot have a steeple or a cross, thus making these appear like a warehouse or shop lots). The Hindu temples are being destroyed systematically on the basis of illegal structures, not withstanding the fact that the illegality is in itself illegal as the structures were built prior to any planning submissions were in place. AIDS KILLS

AIDS kills. Yet the young adults can't care less with their lives. Engaging in one night stand and then bragging about their exploits forgetting a minute about the lurking virus slowly making its way to the body systems. They can be secondary students, fresh graduates or professionals just remember to practise safe sex. It makes the difference between romantic death and old age death. One has a choice to make so make it wisely. Nobody can help you if AIDS comes a calling. It is said it could be passed to blood transfusion, sharing needles like those drug addicts, sharing too many partners, practise no safe sex..................The last one not many couples want it. This is what the devil wants you to do. One false romantic illusion a life time of misery. And dont forget about kissing...................though it is unlikely could happen but scientists aren't 100% sure about it because somebody got it. The Bible says about the 4 riders of death. This is one of them. The ancient Maya foretold the end of the world in 2012.............so we have only 5 more years on Earth? The population is about 6.5 billion people and the heavy weight on mother earth has cracked up her belly. Volcanoes in Indonesia....The major ones can be in African continent which will spread to USA along Florida coast....And we are still fighting for our rights to get our freedom of speech and association. Better pray to our Lord let there be no curse befallen on mother earth. AIDS is one of those diseases hunting the humans. Yesterday I saw the film 28 days...........about virus attacked humans turning them into zombies. Something to think about

I HEAR YOU

"I hear you" the sleeping beauty declared. After over 4 years and street demonstrations he finally came to that conclusion. Did he really wake up in his sleep? He has the mandate to do things right for the people. It is the slow coaching which resulted in derailments. People grievances must be dealth with immediately. He is elected to help the people. Yet he doesnt handle it correctly. The government spins and trying to do damage control but it comes out tamely. Even the former pm didnt agree with the current administration. It is labelled a half past 6 administration. Every time he says I am worried whether he knows what he is saying. His past records and statements is hardly assuring. Changes can run unannounced. Every time a major decision is made, the tax payers lose money. Like the bridge project to Singapore on then off and the government has to pay over $200 millions on compensation though the company submitted less than the amount. He didnt explain the higher cost of compensation. "I hear you" because the election is coming round the corner. Most people expect it to be held 2nd quarter of 2008 though I hold the view it should be in 1st quarter of 2009. It is his son in law and his corridors and his campaigns of helping the rural poor.....the more he holds on to his post, the more his son in law can do. There is no reason to hold an election in 2008. He can do it when his term is up in 2009 so why not stay on to power for a bit longer? Somewhere mountains or hills to flatten it.......................correct, correct, correct I hear you!!!!!
