It's only talk
Everybody hears about it
They say talk is cheap
Everyone can play
It is action
It is slow in the process
Everyone wants to know
How the leakages happen?
There must be a time frame
The investigators should find the culprits
The paper trails are in the documents
The little napoleons can't hide it
The bad guys must be shamed in pubilc
This will send a signal don't play with public funds
It is a responsibility to hold the trust
As it is no going back to the old way
