Don't swear in God's holy places
A person isn't wrong wouldn't do it
The truth will let him go free
He will not suffer in his name
It is the wrong person
By invoking his swearing in God's holy places
He wants to deny he isn't wrong at all
He just telling his own lies in public
As I grew up in kampong life
Swearing has its consequences
If a person has done wrong
Admit it and apologize
It doesn't need to drag it on
As the elders in my kampong life would say
“The guilty party will suffer
A person can't tell lies to God”
Don't swear in God's holy places
Better to admit mistakes or wrong in life
Then trying to fool others with lies
Because the truth will triumph
