The leaders
They must think ahead
They can't be clueless
They will not bring out the best
They must have the positive traits
They must live in fear of God
They must believe the wages of sin
It will cause pain, misery and no sunshine
The leaders must groom up second liners
These leaders will be the ones carrying the torches
To bring the unfinished businesses to completion
They must be able to change with the times
The leaders we have seen
They are afraid to step down
They can't forget the benefits and power
These are the poor leaders to lead or learn
