Now it is every one can complain

Nothing will change for the airline

It has too many issues to handle


The publicity of bad services

It will affect Airasia future results

Even the back door will check it now

Because of too many public complaints


Airasia keeps ignoring customers

Refunds, flight schedules, delays, no notices

This isn't how a company runs its show

In the bad times many weaknesses will be exposed


Airasia must wake up to face reality

The pandemic has exposed its weaknesses

Address the public outcry and complaints

Else it may have to bite the dust
