On higher ground
The people can dream
There is no fear of floods
There is no fear of landslides
Even those staying up on apartments
They can feel confident they will stay safe
The rising water will not catch them unaware
They can live provided their stock up essential goods
The people living on the lowlands
The people living near the seashores
The people living near rivers or ponds
The constant rain will cause the fear
The rising water will make them run
Only their essential clothings and valuables
The others they have to leave behind
Let the floods have its tea time
The tides can rise very quickly
Live it many years ago
A lesson learned a time to remember
The floods don't play with it
