The minimum wage policy

The companies are struggling

Cutting costs to survive

The economy is still struggling

Many jobs are cut during the pandemic

Many shops closed up too

The breathing space isn't available

The back door should think it over

As it is now companies are cutting down benefits

The owners know the hardship for the companies

The employees should be practical in outlook

Do they want to lose their jobs?

Crying loudly of lost benefits

They should think of the bigger picture

Bleeding the companies nobody wins

MTUC can't think out of the box

The trade union wants to get the most of it

Without realizing the owners may just close shop

In the end who will cry to sleep?

The back door should implement by next year

In this way the companies can find ways to adjust

The cost will eat to its operating income and profit

The consumers have to pay more for goods and services

The Covid19 has dumped many companies

Many workers withdrawn their saving to stay afloat

Don't they realize the companies too get hit?
