If we don't change
We will not see the lights
We will be digging our graves
We need to get our souls back
The pandemic has caused us misery
Many will have empty pockets
Many will struggle to live day by day
Many will cry in the dark nights
If we don't change
The political landscape in the country
We will be like Sri Lanka
The clutches of colonial will return
One race needs to change badly
Get out of the addiction quickly
The rural folks must see what happened
The political jailbirds will tell them the tales
If we don't change
We will not see the lights
We will fall deeply in the nights
We will be digging our own graves
We will not see the lights
We will lay in quivering sight
Feeling the coldness the numbness in our minds
If we don't change to fight for our rights
