The dark shadows move
The easy way to hide and loot
When the majority eyes close
The seasoned politicians
They can stand it right through
They use to it so often
Waking on the midnight glow
Some can sleep a few hours
By closing their eyes
When they open up they are refreshed
The midnight of magic in their minds
The midnight hour
The plotting of a game
The dark shadows will be busy
When election is on the way
The youth will party away
The midnight of women glow
Beers, songs and women flow
Nothing to stop the men to crow
