The chart is slowly climbing up
Charting its course of misery
As the back door leaders still pretending
Wearing masks still optional
Though a new variant has knocked the door
Yet many still living without a care
As if they are immune to it
In November the election campaigns will flow
Every candidate will try to woo the voters
The public campaigns will be attractive for Covid 19
The easy target to get hold on to the chart again
The statistics showing the trend
The daily infection keeps rising
And the floods will return
October was a teaser on certain areas
