When a leader is weak
Afraid to stamp his mark
Afraid he will have no chair
Afraid he will make to fly
He will not dare to say
He will let the warlords play
He will even allow the rats to run
Making him look a mannequin
In the kitchen the menu isn't flowing
Too many cooks ganging up to cook
The final product isn't presentable
Because a weak leader can't say
It becomes like autopilot
The warlords and little napoleons smile
They will have their way
The nation's wealth will be at their mercy
Because of a weak leader
He cares more about his position
He doesn't care what's behind his back
As long as he gets the clapping sound
A weak leader mustn't allow to stay
He can't do a thing though he will keep busy
Knowing full well he can't say
He lets the warlords play their games
