Changes need time
It can't happen overnight
The bad habits will take awhile
Before realizing it changes have to come
Old habits die hard
The mantra on changes must repeat often
It will get into the people's minds
Changes can't sing overnight
Along the way
We will see hiccups
As habits need time to discard
But changes will surely arrive
Anwar's ministers
They will need support to change
Work with the civil servants
Polish them up to serve the people
6 months will be enough
The changes of outlook and services
Once the top agrees to change
Every one has to work on it
