company leaders must serve in prison

same old record keeps playing sadly

action never walks the talk

Charging
the errand companies bosses
There
are existing laws to penalize them

DOE law and Penal Code
As
it is

enforcement is still weak
Otherwise
the open burning will not be happening
Because
the officers aren't walking
The
lung diseases will rise
This
can't be disputed
The
quality of air is so bad
Wearing
face masks will not help
The
ashes of haze
The
culprits must face jail
Otherwise
every year

hear the old familiar record singing
