The hour ticks away

Odd hour to go up hill

Even hour to descend

Time the hour

Else you will wait

Talking for 60 minutes

At the local Chinese coffee shop

Maybe you can imagine

The scenes where Sir Henry Gurney was ambushed

Right in front of the Rest House and local coffee shop

The Communists waited to ambush the British Resident

Sometimes waiting as if never ends

The minutes slowly ticking away

You can drive up or by the rickety yellow bus

Some hikers walk up to the hill

Then the gate opens

The sigh of relief on the faces

Finally the talk show ends

Driving or walking or bus to the hill
