The older generation can survive longer in their lives

They need to survive in their lives

They don’t have enough saving

They depend on their daily work or jobs

When they hit 60 years old

They are left with a big hole

They will still find jobs to survive

For their families and everyday needs

Where judges can retire at 67 years old

There is no reason not to adopt it at 65 years

These older work horses are still active

Let them work and survive

The young generations do not have to cry

They can wait for another 5 years to progress

The graduates will be still unemployed

Every year new batches will come to line up

They will need time to polish it
